FTS commenced works on the construction of a football stadium within the educational complex in Naxxar.
The football stadium will be spread over 9,800 square meters and will include a pitch for 11-a-side games, together with a spectators’ stand. The complex will also include several other facilities, mainly a gymnasium, sanitary facilities, showers and changing rooms, as well as a car park for approximately 500 cars.
The initial phase will be the excavation of the site, followed by construction works, which are earmarked to take 24 months to complete.
