FTS Re-Certified with the NCPE Equality Mark

The Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools (FTS) has proudly been re-certified with the EQUALITY MARK, awarded by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE).

The EQUALITY MARK recognises organisations that place gender equality at the heart of their values and foster an environment where all employees can thrive regardless of gender or caring responsibilities.

This re-certification reflects FTS’s ongoing commitment to implementing policies and practices that support gender equality and family-friendly measures, both in the workplace and in the provision of goods and services. It also demonstrates FTS’s ability and dedication to maintaining these standards for the years ahead.

FTS was first awarded the EQUALITY MARK in 2023. This latest re-certification is valid for three years, after which FTS will undergo a new assessment.
