Achievement of the NCPE Equality Mark Certification

The Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools (FTS) has been awarded with the EQUALITY MARK issued by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE). The Equality Mark is a certification awarded to organisations that make gender equality one of their values and whose management is based on the recognition and promotion of the potential of all employees irrespective of their gender and caring responsibilities. It is awarded to organisations following a rigorous exercise to demonstrate a commitment towards best practices in gender equality.

This certification comes only a few months after the FTS obtained the FHRD HR Quality Mark in August 2022.
